These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the UNIQ Private Jets website and the air charter brokerage and related services provided by UNIQ Global Inc., d/b/a UNIQ Private Jets (“UNIQ Private Jets,” “UNIQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using this website, requesting a quote, accepting a Trip Confirmation, or booking charter transportation through UNIQ Private Jets, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms contained in the applicable Trip Confirmation.
1. Air Charter Broker Disclosure
UNIQ Private Jets is an air charter broker. UNIQ Private Jets is not a direct air carrier and does not exercise operational control over aircraft.
Air transportation arranged through UNIQ Private Jets is provided by properly licensed direct air carriers that maintain operational control of the aircraft and are responsible for all operational matters relating to the flight.
Operational control includes, without limitation, aircraft operation, crew selection and control, maintenance, airworthiness, flight planning, routing, weather evaluation, safety decisions, dispatch, departure, diversion, and determination of whether a flight may safely be conducted.
UNIQ Private Jets’ specific capacity in connection with each charter will be disclosed as required before confirmation of the applicable booking.
UNIQ Private Jets does not guarantee the availability of any specific aircraft, tail number, crew, departure time, route, or schedule until the applicable charter has been confirmed in writing.
2. Direct Air Carrier and Operational Control
Before entering into a contract for a specific charter, UNIQ Private Jets will disclose the corporate name of the direct air carrier that will exercise operational control of the flight, together with any other disclosures required by applicable law.
The applicable direct air carrier maintains exclusive operational control of the aircraft and flight.
UNIQ Private Jets does not employ, select, supervise, or control the pilots or flight crew and does not make operational or safety decisions relating to any charter flight.
If the identity of the direct air carrier or other material information relating to the charter changes after booking, UNIQ Private Jets will provide updated information after becoming aware of the change and in accordance with applicable requirements.

- Crew availability and duty limitations
- Airport availability
- Weather and operational restrictions

Minimum flight-time requirements may apply and will be stated in the applicable quote or Trip Confirmation.
5. Booking and Confirmation
Submitting an inquiry, requesting availability, receiving a quote, or submitting a payment does not by itself constitute a confirmed reservation.
A charter becomes confirmed only after:
- The applicable Trip Confirmation and charter terms have been accepted;
- The applicable direct air carrier has confirmed the aircraft and crew;
- All required payment has been received; and
- UNIQ Private Jets has issued written confirmation of the booking.
Until written confirmation has been issued by UNIQ Private Jets, no aircraft should be considered reserved or guaranteed.
Aircraft availability may change between the time a quote is provided and the time payment and confirmation are completed.
6. Trip Confirmation
Each confirmed charter may be accompanied by a Trip Confirmation identifying the material terms of the specific booking, including, where applicable:
- Charterer
- Direct air carrier
- Aircraft type
- Tail number, if assigned
- Departure and destination
- Flight date
- Estimated departure time
- Passenger count
- Charter price
- Taxes and applicable charges
- Payment terms
- Cancellation terms
- Special conditions
The Trip Confirmation controls with respect to trip-specific commercial terms.
The applicable direct air carrier’s terms and operational rules control matters relating to the operation and safety of the flight.
7. Payment
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable Trip Confirmation, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Payment may be accepted by wire transfer and other payment methods approved by UNIQ Private Jets.
Credit card payments may be accepted for certain bookings and may be subject to a processing or convenience fee. Any applicable fee will be disclosed before payment is processed.
All amounts are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified.
Payment does not guarantee aircraft availability until the applicable direct air carrier has confirmed the aircraft and crew and UNIQ Private Jets has issued written booking confirmation.
Any additional charges properly incurred in connection with the charter may be invoiced separately and are payable upon receipt unless otherwise stated in the applicable Trip Confirmation.
8. Taxes
Applicable taxes and government-imposed charges will be addressed in connection with the specific charter.
Depending on the flight and applicable law, these charges may include Federal Excise Tax, domestic segment taxes, international passenger taxes, customs charges, or other governmental fees.
The party responsible for collecting, reporting, and remitting applicable taxes will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the applicable charter arrangement.
9. Customer-Requested Changes
Any request to change a confirmed charter is subject to approval and availability.
Changes may include:
- Travel date
- Departure time
- Routing
- Departure or arrival airport
- FBO
- Passenger count
- Aircraft
- Additional stops
- Ground time
- Catering or other services
Requested changes may result in additional charges, including repositioning costs, additional flight time, crew expenses, airport charges, taxes, or other direct air carrier or third-party costs.
No requested change is confirmed until accepted in writing by UNIQ Private Jets and, where applicable, the direct air carrier.
10. Customer Cancellations
Cancellation terms vary depending on the aircraft, direct air carrier, itinerary, booking date, destination, and circumstances of the charter.
The specific cancellation schedule applicable to each charter will be disclosed in the applicable Trip Confirmation before the booking is confirmed.
Once a charter has been confirmed, the cancellation provisions contained in the applicable Trip Confirmation will control.
A cancellation becomes effective when written cancellation notice is received by UNIQ Private Jets.
Cancellation charges may be substantial and may reach 100% of the Charter Price depending on the timing and circumstances of cancellation.
Holiday, special-event, international, last-minute, and Empty Leg bookings may be subject to separate or more restrictive cancellation conditions where disclosed before confirmation.
11. Late Passenger Arrival and No-Show
Passengers are responsible for arriving in accordance with the departure instructions provided for their flight.
Late arrival may result in:
- Delayed departure
- Additional standby charges
- Crew duty limitations
- Airport or FBO restrictions
- Loss of the scheduled departure slot
- Cancellation of the flight
The direct air carrier may be unable to hold an aircraft where doing so would interfere with safety requirements, crew duty limitations, airport restrictions, or subsequent charter obligations.
Any applicable standby charges will be disclosed where known.
Failure to appear for a confirmed charter may result in forfeiture of up to 100% of the Charter Price, subject to the applicable Trip Confirmation and direct air carrier terms.
12. Aircraft Substitution
Aircraft are subject to mechanical condition, availability, regulatory requirements, maintenance, crew availability, and other operational considerations.
If the originally confirmed aircraft becomes unavailable, the applicable direct air carrier may propose a substitute aircraft.
UNIQ Private Jets will communicate material changes after becoming aware of them.
Where reasonably available, efforts may be made to provide an aircraft of comparable or greater capability, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
Any additional price or material change requiring Charterer approval will be communicated before acceptance where reasonably practicable.
Cancellation or refund rights resulting from an aircraft substitution will be determined by applicable law and the applicable Trip Confirmation.
13. Changes to Direct Air Carrier or Material Booking Information
If information that is required to be disclosed changes after the charter has been booked, UNIQ Private Jets will provide the updated information within a reasonable time after it becomes available.
If applicable law provides the Charterer with a right to reject the change, cancel the affected transportation, or receive a refund, UNIQ Private Jets will honor the applicable right.
14. Delays, Diversions, and Operational Changes
All operational decisions are made exclusively by the applicable direct air carrier and pilot in command.
Flights may be delayed, diverted, rescheduled, modified, or cancelled due to circumstances including:

- Crew duty limitations
- Airport restrictions
- Maintenance requirements

UNIQ Private Jets is not responsible for consequential losses arising from operational delays or changes, including missed commercial flights, meetings, events, accommodation costs, or other indirect expenses, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Operator Cancellation or Inability to Perform
If confirmed charter transportation cannot be performed by the applicable direct air carrier, UNIQ Private Jets may assist in sourcing alternative transportation where reasonably available.
Any substitute transportation may be subject to a different aircraft, operator, schedule, or price.
The Charterer will be informed of material additional costs before accepting substitute transportation where reasonably practicable.
Where transportation cannot be performed and a refund is due under applicable law or the applicable Trip Confirmation, UNIQ Private Jets will process the applicable refund in accordance with applicable requirements.
16. Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined by the applicable Trip Confirmation, these Terms, direct air carrier terms where applicable, and applicable law.
Where a refund is due because charter transportation cannot be performed or because the Charterer otherwise has a legal or contractual right to a refund, UNIQ Private Jets will process the applicable refund promptly.
Amounts relating to services already provided, non-refundable third-party charges, cancellation penalties, or other amounts properly due under the applicable Trip Confirmation may be deducted where permitted.
17. Empty Leg Flights
An Empty Leg is a repositioning flight that occurs when an aircraft must travel without paying passengers in order to reposition for another charter or return following a charter.
Empty Leg flights may be offered at reduced prices because the aircraft is already scheduled to operate the repositioning flight.
Empty Leg availability is inherently uncertain.
An Empty Leg may be modified, rescheduled, rerouted, or cancelled at any time if the underlying charter or repositioning requirement changes.
Empty Leg listings displayed or advertised by UNIQ Private Jets reflect availability at the time the information is provided and do not constitute a guaranteed offer of transportation.
Routing, departure time, aircraft, and availability are determined by the applicable direct air carrier and operational circumstances.
An Empty Leg is not confirmed until the applicable direct air carrier has confirmed the flight and UNIQ Private Jets has issued written confirmation.
Empty Leg bookings may be subject to special payment, cancellation, schedule, and modification conditions. Any such conditions will be disclosed before booking.
18. Passenger Information and Identification
The Charterer is responsible for providing accurate passenger information requested for the flight.
Passengers may be required to provide:
- Full legal name
- Date of birth
- Government-issued identification
- Passport information for international travel
- Visa or immigration documentation
- Other information required by the direct air carrier or applicable authorities
Each passenger must carry valid identification and all documents required for the intended journey.
The Charterer and passengers are responsible for determining and satisfying passport, visa, immigration, health, customs, and entry requirements.
UNIQ Private Jets is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, fines, delays, or expenses resulting from missing, invalid, or inadequate passenger documentation.
19. Passenger Conduct and Safety
All passengers must comply with the instructions of the direct air carrier and flight crew.
The pilot in command has final authority over matters affecting aircraft and passenger safety.
A passenger may be denied boarding or removed from a flight where the direct air carrier or pilot in command determines that the passenger’s conduct, condition, baggage, belongings, or actions may affect safety, security, regulatory compliance, or the operation of the flight.
Any additional expenses resulting from passenger conduct may be charged to the Charterer where permitted by the applicable Trip Confirmation and direct air carrier terms.
20. Baggage
Baggage capacity varies significantly by aircraft.
Aircraft passenger capacity does not guarantee that baggage for the maximum number of passengers can be accommodated.
Baggage acceptance is subject to:
- Aircraft storage capacity
- Weight and balance requirements
- Safety requirements
- Direct air carrier policies
- Applicable regulations
Passengers should disclose unusual, oversized, excessive, or special baggage before booking.
UNIQ Private Jets and the direct air carrier reserve the right to limit baggage where necessary for operational or safety reasons.
21. Pets
Pets may be permitted on certain aircraft subject to direct air carrier approval.
The Charterer must disclose any intended pet travel before booking.
Additional cleaning fees, documentation requirements, destination restrictions, health certificates, transportation requirements, or other charges may apply.
Acceptance of a pet is not guaranteed until approved by the applicable direct air carrier.
22. Restricted and Prohibited Items
Passengers may not transport hazardous, dangerous, unlawful, or prohibited materials.
Transportation of firearms, ammunition, batteries, medical equipment, compressed gases, hazardous substances, or other restricted items is subject to applicable law and direct air carrier approval.
Passengers must disclose any potentially restricted item before travel.
23. Catering and Special Requests
Standard or upgraded catering may be available depending on the aircraft, airport, departure time, and direct air carrier.
Special catering, premium food and beverage requests, dietary requests, ground transportation, decorations, and other concierge services may result in additional charges.
Availability of any specific item or service cannot be guaranteed.
24. Photo and Video Production
Aircraft made available for photography, film, video production, advertising, social media content, or other production purposes may be subject to separate pricing, deposits, insurance requirements, access restrictions, location rules, time limits, and direct air carrier or aircraft-owner conditions.
Production use must be approved in advance.
A separate agreement may be required.
25. Third-Party Services
UNIQ Private Jets may assist with arranging services provided by third parties, including:
- Ground transportation
- Catering
- Hotels
- Concierge services
- FBO services
- Security
- Special events
- Other travel-related services
Such services are performed by independent providers.
UNIQ Private Jets does not exercise operational or managerial control over independent third-party providers.
Third-party services may be subject to separate terms and cancellation policies.
26. Insurance
The applicable direct air carrier is responsible for maintaining insurance required for its operations.
Information regarding the direct air carrier’s liability insurance may be provided where available or required.
Before entering into a contract for a specific charter, UNIQ Private Jets will disclose the existence or absence of liability insurance maintained by UNIQ Private Jets covering the Charterer, passengers, or property on the charter flight, together with applicable monetary limits, as required.
Clients may wish to obtain separate travel insurance appropriate to their individual circumstances.

28. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UNIQ Private Jets is not responsible for the acts, omissions, negligence, operational decisions, or performance of any direct air carrier, aircraft operator, FBO, ground transportation provider, caterer, hotel, or other independent third-party service provider.
UNIQ Private Jets is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from a charter or related service, including lost profits, missed events, missed connections, accommodation costs, or business losses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UNIQ Private Jets’ aggregate liability arising directly from its own services in connection with a particular charter will not exceed the amount paid to UNIQ Private Jets in connection with that charter.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
29. Website Aircraft Information and Images
Aircraft descriptions, specifications, passenger capacities, range information, photographs, videos, pricing, and other information displayed on the website are provided for general informational and marketing purposes.
Aircraft specifications and configurations may vary between individual aircraft of the same model.
Images may be representative and may not depict the exact aircraft ultimately assigned to a specific flight.
Website information does not constitute a guarantee that a particular aircraft, configuration, tail number, amenity, or feature will be available.
Specific requirements should be confirmed before booking.
30. Intellectual Property

Passenger information may be shared with direct air carriers, aviation service providers, governmental authorities, customs and immigration authorities, security providers, or other parties where reasonably necessary to arrange and perform the charter or comply with applicable law.
32. Communications
By submitting an inquiry, requesting a quote, or booking a charter, you authorize UNIQ Private Jets to contact you regarding your request by telephone, email, text message, WhatsApp, or other communication methods you provide.
Marketing communications and Empty Leg alerts will be sent only in accordance with applicable requirements and your applicable communication preferences.
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
33. Relationship Between Website Terms and Trip Confirmation
These Terms establish the general terms applicable to services provided by UNIQ Private Jets.
Each charter may also be subject to a separate Trip Confirmation and applicable direct air carrier terms.
If there is a conflict:
- The Trip Confirmation controls with respect to trip-specific pricing, payment, routing, dates, and cancellation terms.
- The applicable direct air carrier’s rules control operational and safety matters.
- These Terms otherwise remain in effect.
34. Governing Law and Venue
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms and any dispute arising directly from the services of UNIQ Private Jets will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law, any legal proceeding arising directly from these Terms or UNIQ Private Jets’ brokerage services shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
35. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
36. No Waiver
Failure by UNIQ Private Jets to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
